FM Tersus (Clean, from Latin) was originally designed to be a sleek projects or portfolio type site. However, the layout was eventually scrapped. I’ve revamped this into a template anyone can use. Its focus is a portfolio, product, or projects site, but you can easily format it for any purpose. Included are two additional pages, a subpage-like layout and a blog-like layout.
